Here at IAGL, we are in an evolution to adopt Agile methodologies to help us deliver our priorities. Often an approach considered in digital organisations but its just as important for Contact Centres to be successful! It has menat changing the way we look at our plans, how we develop those plans and ultimately be successful at what we do! I’m going to share how we’ve embedded this approach and made it successful for our business!
As Contact Centre Transformation Change Lead I am responsible for identifying opportunities to create efficiencies and synergies within the IAG Loyalty Contact Centre using automation and innovation. I’m also an Agile Coach supporting colleagues across the business in adopting agile practices and methods whilst embedding agile values and mindsets.
